The Bhaktivedanta Center/Bhakti House is composed of individuals who have in common the desire to practice, and teach the science of Bhakti Yoga under the guidance of the teachings of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. The Bhaktivedanta Center is an independent non-profit.
The Bhaktivedanta Center was started in 1993 in Charlottesville, VA. The original center sits on a ridge overlooking the beautiful Shenandoah Mountains.
